How and what to order

How ordering works

1. Send your list

   Use the inquiry form, or call, text, or email us. Tell us the items, amounts, fresh or frozen, delivery area, and the date you need them. Not sure what you want? Tell us the dish or the event and we'll suggest options.

2. We quote it

   We check current availability with our suppliers and reply with sizes, grades, origin, wild or farmed, and pricing. Seafood prices move with the market, so each quote is good for that order only.

3. You confirm

   Your order is set once we send a written confirmation with product, quantity, price, and delivery date. Send orders any time, 24/7, and we'll acknowledge them within 6 hours. Cutoffs vary by species, based on dock landing times, and local delivery times and terms are set in your individual contract.

4. We source and deliver

   We source from the most recent dock landings and arrange chilled delivery to your door. Product arrives by air, so your delivery window is set around the flight landing time and scheduled for the time that suits you best. Minimums are set per customer, usually by weight for shipping, and any delivery fee is set in your individual contract. Wild-caught product depends on weather and landings. If something can't be filled as confirmed, we'll call you before delivery to offer a substitute, a partial order, or cancellation at no charge.

5. Inspect and sign

   Please have someone there to check count, temperature, and condition before signing. Every invoice shows the market name, country of origin, wild or farmed, and a lot code for traceability.

6. Pay

   First orders are paid on delivery or in advance. Regular buyers can ask about a credit account. We accept card, check, cash, or ACH. Buying to resell? Send us a Kentucky Resale Certificate (Form 51A105) before your first order.
